Offering a Wide Range of Options

Patterson and Tedford Pediatrics takes pride in having multiple providers available daily and appointment times to accommodate your schedule. Please call our office to schedule an appointment and our front desk staff will accommodate your desired time to the best of their ability. Plan on arriving 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow enough time for check-in and any needed paperwork.

If you are a new patient, you may
conveniently download all of our forms from this website.

If you are running late or need to reschedule, please contact our office as soon as possible. We do require a 24-hr cancellation notice or a late cancellation or missed appointment fee will be charged.

Appointment Confirmations

As a courtesy, our office has an automatic appointment reminder system that will confirm your appointment two days prior to your appointment. You can receive your appointment reminder via phone call, text message or by email! Please call our office if you need to update how you are contacted or if your phone number has changed.  If you have any questions, please call our office!

  • Walk-Ins

Patients who walk in with a non-emergency condition will be fit into the existing schedule as best as possible, or they will be asked to return later in the day when the schedule allows.

  • Well Visits

To keep your children healthy, it is important to bring them in for regular well child checkups.  We recommend that you call our office 2 week(s) in advance so you may choose the date that best fits your needs.

Our office follows the American Academy of Pediatrics schedule for routine well child checkups, beginning with the first office visit after the baby is dismissed from the hospital, typically around 48 to 72 hours of age.  Subsequent visitis are scheduled at 2 to 4 weeks of age; then 2, 4, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 24, 30 and 36 months.  It is important to keep these visits as close as possible to the correct dates to keep the vaccinations on time.  After 36 months (or 3 years of age), we recommend an annual well child checkup.

  • Sick Child Visits

We make every effort to schedule appointments for sick or injured children on the day that you call us.  Please call our office ahead of time so that we can minimize the time that you will spend waiting.

If you have a medical emergency during office hours, we will do our best to see your child immediately or refer you to the appropriate facility. If you have more than one sick child, please let us know at the time of scheduling so that we may accommodate your needs.
